  if I could rate this store a ZERO I WOULD ... worst experience ever!! I applied for a loan and was initially approved and told I could even go for a higher amount of 4000. The rep told me everything I needed to send and did so. On my way to that location I was told to no longer go due to being denied. How is that even possible when you even offered me even more money.. I headed to the location so they can explain to me as to why. The manager Tina Castillo not only had her door locked way before 6pm she was extremely rude. she came outside with an attitude stated as to why I was there. I just wanted a response as to why I was denied after sending everything that was needed. she said well you have horrible credit etc etc .. I called another branch told them if they could see my account. they were shock and didn't understand why it was voided out and by the looks of it I had great credit and everything was great so I went to the other location and got the loan. I would recommend a change of staff or manager which is supposed to set a good example to employees... this situation was unacceptable customer service

  This place took a loan out on me and I have been fighting this for 2 months and still nothing. This business sends out pre filled checks and yall u have to do is forge a signature and someone can take the loan out in your name. Thats a terrible security measure!!!! I never asked for a pre approved check and somehow they got the cash out in my name, with NO I.D. . FORGET THIS PLACE, VERY SKETCHY BUSINESS. IM WAITING FOR THE POLICE INVESTIGATION SO I CAN THROW IT IN THEIR FACE. this place told me also not to worry about it, we will handle it. Never heard back from them once in 2 months. DONT INQUIRE ABOUT ANYTHING HERE AND PROTECT YOURSELF!!!
