      Ok the truth I am very upset with this place, more than annoyed disappointed because I have been a customer for years. Well they mark you (and not once) to tell you that you qualify to renew for a certain amount, after you go to the office they have you there for two hours just to tell you that you do not qualify, then they continue to send you letters by mail and they keep telling you You go to the office to renew. Now they have revealed that they cannot renew my loan because, because I am missing a document, a document that they themselves lost to me the day they had me there for more than an hour, THE TRUTH DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THIS PLACE NOSE BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING THIS TRUTH, if I only want to renew, My information has not changed and I have never looked bad, I don't know because they make it so difficult for any other place of loans, which I have experience do that, the truth is that you feel bad, like you are lying or nose. THIS IS NOT WELL 🥺. It was one of my favorite places but now I don't recommend it to anyone ..
