  Use this company as a LAST RESORT. My daughter purchased a vehicle and was financed through this company. Unfortunately her car was hit by another driver resulting in it being totalled out. After our insurance company made their final payment, Regional was contacted many times by my daughter, my wife, and myself asking for the account history so the GAP insurance company could make their final payment resulting in the account with Regional to be paid in full. When I finally had to take time off of work, just to make the final call, I was instructed that they knew what was needed to be done, but didn't care enough to give the GAP company the information they needed, bringing this account to PAID IN FULL. And what's worse is they are treating our Military the same way. Ladies and gentlemen, this is 100% unacceptable. As a veteran myself, I am going to do my very best to get this company not only Black Listed from our military, but also PUT OUT of business forever. When any company put their bank accounts above taking care of their customers, that's when that business needs to go away, FOREVER.

  There’s 31% APR on their loans which is ridiculous alone! Apparently corporate sent out checks to everyone in my apt complex (Deer Oaks) and the one mailed to me and my roommate (separately) was cashed fraudulently. It was for $3,000.00. Mind you, I’ve never asked for information nor applied for their loan. When I called they said: “Well it was corporate who mailed them” and when I responded why they would even mail a check to me when I had never sought financial assistance they kept referencing their corporate office. They were unable to answer any direct questions and admitted to other renters who have experienced the same thing. Firstly, the financing option is bizarre. I think they’re worse than Speedy Cash. Secondly, they proceeded to have me visit their office to assist me when we’re currently in the middle of a medical crises. I declined. Thirdly, if they couldn’t help me over the phone, what would a 45 minute commute to get their office accomplish? Lastly- They says it’s against my credit which is not reflective (account opening in august of 2020) so I’m uncertain as to why they’re referencing collections already?? A BB report is being filed against these people as well. If they’re mailing checks out to the entire complex, what do they think is bound to happen?? FRAUD.
