  They charge you more and you ask them and they do not give you a logical explanation, they are thieves

  Growing up my father, or nobody really educated me on credit. So I decided to educate myself and go ahead an get some starter loans going. I called around 9:02 a.m. 1/13/21 and spoke to NAYELI about a starter loan. Mind you this is a call recorded for the quality purposes. She said sure what's your etc, I give it to her and await her guaranteed callback in 15 mins. An hour goes by and I decide to call back to find out NAYELI submitted a loan that I didn't know about, a loan different than what we spoke about, etc for the amount of $1400 dollars. I could just imagine the legal boundaries within the application and words spoken before the application was submitted. I got her name and asked to speak to the manager, the branch manager, ROSA. After holding I was informed that the application could be cancelled and that I'd recieve a letter in 7 days from today. If I receive that letter I'll come back and give an extra star. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SPEAK WITH ROSA OR ANYONE OTHER THAN NAYELI. BE SURE TO BE CLEAR WITH THEM ON YOUR WORDS, ASK QUESTIONS TWICE, DO NOT GIVE INFORMATION UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CORRECT FACTUAL INFORMATION FROM THEM ABOUT EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING ON. If you have a lawyer be sure to place them on the call in a threeway call. Just to be SAFE.
