  I had a loan with them for a little VW super bug. The office staff were always very kind. My payment amount was comfortable so I was able to pay ahead frequently. When I was unexpectedly hospitalized, the staff worked with my husband and me; they also helped my husband find a Regional Finance office closer to the hospital in Plano Texas so that my husband did not have to make trips to Arlington to make a payment. I have nothing but good things to say about Regional Finance Arlington management (Michael Ross) and the staff. If you have ever struggled to rebuild credit but you are an honest hardworking person, they are there to help. The only draw back is no online portal to make payments so you must go to the office to pay or send a check to them...still, the pluses far outweigh that one negative! ♥️

  This company keeps calling MY number leaving messages. I've told them the guy they are trying to reach Wiliam Mathews who OBVIOUSLY gave a fake number doesn't own the number. The number you keep calling is NOT HIS!!! STOP CALLING ME!!! I'm going to report you for repeat harassment of a non-customer. Update(05/29/2018)***STOP CALLING ME YOU DUMB IDIOTS!!! William Matthews or Mathies gave you the wrong damn number. Stop leaving voicemail for a dude that will NEVER hear them. You idiots are out right harassing the wrong person. I've never step foot in your business let alone have never DONE business with you. This had got to be illegal. I even CALLED you idiots to ask you to stop calling me. Biggest bunch of idiots running that place!
