  Amazing customer service at Regional Finance on Military Drive. All the office representatives are extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. They will go through the fustrations with you while you are just trying to get 10-day pay offs from other higher rate loans. The fact that they can do a debt consolidation to actually help you get out of the hole, and on to a better less financial stress life is hugely appreciated. Highly recommend, as they will do what they can to help you :)

  Came through in a clutch for us and we have always paid on time except the last months due to medical reasons we been a day late just ONE day and they calling us like we are months behind! It's ridiculous to deal with while trying to recover from surgery. Once paid off we will never do business with them again

  I got a loan in Nov 2021for the amount of $1450, I gave my first payment Dec 31 2021$133, 2nd payment Feb 1 2022 $600, Feb 2 $61 and final payment Feb 18 $875. I understand that they have to make money and will make it through the interest but fortunately there's people that can payoff the loan early and will save money. Well this folks instead what they are doing is dividing the money that I already paid into 18month loan term instead of closing the account for paying off early. Please be aware and read carefully the terms which by the way the loan terms don't say or mention in their clause that they will penalize for paying early or divide the payments according to the loan month term.
