      I mainly use the ATM honestly, but when I do need assistance from inside of a bank, I go to this one. Everyone there has always been nothing but nice.

      Terrible customer service. Waited in line after going to another branch at which the computers were offline. Wait in line for about 10 minutes. When the teller is done with the previous customer she didn’t even greet me or anything. Walked up to the counter and asked about a western union, and she immediately cut me off saying “we don’t do that here anymore. They sent out an email about 2 weeks ago and we can’t do that here.” Which is completely fine. But I just left another Regions Branch that told me to come to this location because their computers weren’t online. I wouldn’t have a problem with the fact that they aren’t able to do it. But the customer service and the attitude of the lady was a complete shock to me! She seemed aggravated I even asked her. And didn’t offer any help or anything! Just stared at me rudely saying “yea we don’t do that here.” No “have a nice day” “sorry” NOTHING! Just aggravated at the fact that I didn’t know they don’t do western unions here! I bank with Regions! It’s definitely disappointing the customer service was that bad here.
