  Had my check card information stolen, and a fraudulent charge was made on it. I have always tried to be careful when using my check card, such as check for chip readers on gas pumps, not letting the card out of my sight in a restaurant, that type of thing. This time it was a small amount, 2 years ago my bank account was drained. They printed me a new card, it took all of 3 min, then they took the time to give me additional tips on how to protect my bank card. The man helping me was very pleasant and upbeat when explaining things to me. He made an aggravating experience a lot less painful. VERY impressed.

  Went to use the atm made no mistakes with my pin everything was going as it should when I was promoted to pay $4 for out of network. I accept this the screen then changed and said that it was capering my card. Now I am stranded with no access to my money all weekend. I called my card services and they do not see any ready why this happened.

  I had to drive to this branch and get a new debit card made during Covid-19. The lobby was closed but they let me in and helped me and they were super nice friendly and efficient. It was very clean and nice inside as well.
