The ladies here Allen and a fake name Kearen tried to steal my money they did not put my money an my account. I had to call and correct the problem but this want be the end.

They allowed a large fraudulent purchase to go through, and then refused to refund my money within a reasonable time frame. You shouldn't have to wait 7-30 days to be refunded for something that is 100% THE FAULT OF THE BANK! Edit: I did contact customer care via phone and was hung up on. Your in person staff was also rude. I am finally getting my money thanks to ONLY ONE COMPETENT CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR. If Region's really cared AT ALL, then they would have made it right to begin with, not give me the run around and then ask me to email them.
