  I went into this bank a week or so after opening my account online. I made a deposit and asked the teller how I might get my debit card. The branch manager stopped what he was doing and spent like 20 whole minutes with me! He helped me get my card and explained all the benefits. He even took the time to be friendly, and tell me a bit about his personal life. Bravo Regions, you have an amazing team in Spartanburg, SC.

  I had an appointment to speak with someone from the business department about their loan products and it didn’t go well at all. Regions brought out a bank that I have an account at financing a commercial vehicle. Well I’m thinking since I’m already buying a vehicle that it would be a good idea to build a relationship with well I was wrong they were rude and I think they racially profile me as I walked in the bank. I was even told I have an account to apply for credit. I would never recommend regions to anybody but this just could be an isolated incident at this branch
