      This is one of the worst banks I have even seen. The drive through window is awful. It takes 20 to 30 minutes just to get service. There is only one teller working the window.

      My business does a lot of business with Regions. I personally have been with Regions over 20 years. I make cash deposits atleast 3 times a week. It seems that 50% of the time your drive through is closed. That is truly poor customer service. I then have to drive 17 milesto Batesville and 17 miles back. Last time I checked fuel is $2.70 a gallon so your bank is costing me money on a consistent basis. Your campany continues to use the Covid 19 as the reason for closing everytime. Please keep it open or close it permanently. Most Companies have a back up plan to cover for Covid 19. This tells me how you really feel about your loyal customers.
