      They helped me set up an account when I was 16 and didn't really have a guardian to link to it, which is something I know other banks don't do. This branch has such personable and friendly people, as do all others I've been to.

      Only because I cannot give them a negative rating. If your account is not big enough they will totally ignore you and not give you any service. But this is the trend of Regions as a whole. The Branch Manager is the worst. I am closing all of my accounts. They don't want my business I will find a bank who does.
