  I have lived in Cedartown for 60 years and have never been treated like regions bank treated me. I had a check that was written to me by a friend that had an account there. They insinuated that I was trying to commit some fraudulent act kept the check and made me wait about 20 min to get my license back. Keep in mind that I don't have a criminal record and have never been in trouble with the law. They kept the check and finally gave me my license back. The next day someone took a check that was oked but not actually signed by the account holder and it was cashed in 2 min. Good job regions. I'm sure they can probably come up with several ways to justify what they did. I just wanted to let people know what happened to me.

  PLEASE count your money BEFORE you leave the drive thru. I was given $1 instead of a $10. When I went back thinking it was a honest mistake, They told me the women's drawer balanced. That told me she knew what she did, it was not a simple mistake. I know it was my fault for not counting the money at the window and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I don't care about the $ just wonder how many customers this has happened to? Please Beware and count your money.
