      My son opened up a regions now account they asked for his ss card and his id and still managed to put the wrong name on his card from a old account that was opened up way back in 1998 then we received a letter saying he needed to bring in his ss card we did that and called the 1800 number the second time around and them dummies still sent the new card with the last name I used on a account in 1998 then had to call again and finally they sent the card with the correct last name but guess what happened went to the store to use the card n its locked you people sitting behind them computers and answering those phones need to stop asking for credentials if y'all still going to put the wrong information in the computer really bad service glad he wasnt out of town because yall poor service will have him stranded
