      I've been banking with this CLEVELAND BRANCH for over 20 years through all their name changes but the service now is beyond sad. I guess the customer complaints and sappy service is not enough to make changes. The only changes I see so far are atm machines that don't work half the time and long lines at the main branch after they decided to tear down the 2nd branch in Cleveland. Do the customers matter? Standing in line for 30 minutes for sappy service is insane. I think a change of banks is in order.

      A black teller tall in stature was very rude to my husband.. he asked her to count his money out loud and she told him he could do it. This is why tellers are supposed to do this anyway and she didn’t. He has banked with this company since 98
