      I worked with this bank to get my elderly mother’s bank statements from a few years ago for an IRS audit. Even though my mother is no longer a member of this bank, they went out of their way to find the documents and to fax all 100+ pages to us. We had a lot of technical issues receiving the files, but Lilly was incredibly patient and accommodating. Very thankful for the professionalism and customer service of the team at this branch. Thank you!

      Nope go elsewhere or know your 100% not getting support. Their 24hr help line isn't available when the Branch is closed.. exactly the times you'd need it most. They call with a restricted number that looks like a scammer late at night, hang up on you, lock your card, then you have to Wait from SAT till Tuesday to get it fixed.
