If I could give it zero stars I would. You cant place deposits through the window, even if it's just 1 you have to come inside. You cant get change through the window, Even though it was only breaking $60 worth in $20s to $1s and $5s you have to go inside. I work for a local business and I will be talking with my boss to switch to The farmers bank because they allow all services through the drive through and go above and beyond to help anyone. Why even have a drive through that is meant to be convenient for your customers but instead pick and choose what you want to do and make it very inconvenient for your customers.

Thanks for making me have to come into the building. The line inside had 10 plus (30min-60min wait), If your going to make folks come into your branch, you could at least have the means to support the customer load. It is growing very tiring having to go inside and wait esp since your parking lot doesn't support my vehicle size forcing me to leave it in the driveway, Why do I keep using regions? Esp when other banks are providing my better offers for being a customer?????
