  This location has always been great with customer service on and off the phone. Waaay better than the valrico location. If you’re thinking about switching locations to here, I’d reccomend it.

  Too much bochinche aka chisme going on at this location. I was there to get a notary on work documents and I heard one of the clerical workers ask another lady in Spanish “what’s the girl want”- I’m not a girl- I’m a 37 yr old woman. Totally unprofessional. The awesome notary totally rectified the situation and made me feel better for even walking into this place. It was the closest to work so I had no choice but otherwise I would totally avoid this hot mess of a branch.

  Very bad customer service from Judy, I’ve been to this office twice and she has not been very helpful at all.. Whenever I get someone else I get all the help I need but every time she has to help me it’s almost like she doesn’t want to do her job. She did not want to help me at all, I only needed my bank statements separated and she was giving me the run around. Every time I come to this bank and get Judy I never get anything resolved. Whenever I go to another bank location I get everything done plus more.. Please fix this she does not represent the company well at all.
