      Friday April 23,2021 i went to the millbrook branch to deposit money into a friends account at 1430 hours there was no one on drive thru 2 cars were waiting this old woman came to the window with a frown on her face i greeted her and gave her a note tequesting to deposit the money into the acct She said the person was not in the system and had to have all the numbers the last four of the social was not enough i told her thank you she asked did i want the money back i said of course i do i went to Prattville where i had made a deposit before i was in and out in 5 minutes i told the cashier i would be opening an account there the bank im millbrook only wants certain customers that lady ckearly did not need to be tepresenting any establishment
