Pine brook Branch of Regions is my Full service bank. They are friendly, helpful and I even have my safety boxes there. They are exceptional in all areas!

Worst bank with zero customer service and work ethic!!! They think they are protecting themselves and their employee may be but don't realize how incompetent their whole staff is, if a cashier cannot understand or help a customer why are they hired. This happened at the this branch teice, extremely rude and racist behavior. If you guys cannot handle business accounts than don't open than or otherwise train your tellers well. I will pull out my business account very soon!

Been to this branch twice to do a simple wire transfer. First time, one employee out of six was capable. Second time, they were not busy, I sat for 15 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Apparently, they still have one employee capable of an easy to process transfer. I've never had that experience in a Regions Bank, from Ocean Springs, Ms. to Thomasville, Al. and anywhere in between
