  I have had nothing but problems banking with regions. Now it's too the point where they are overdrafting me and causing fees that they themselves can't figure out why they happened. They won't return those fees, and my account is in the negative and they won't do anything about it. If you have a paycheck, it won't drop until the next day (even though it shows up in your mobile banking account) and if anything comes out they will fee your account. I absolutely DO NOT recommend banning through this company.

  If you must use regions, do yourself a favor and go to the one located on Race. Some of the employees at this location are wonderful (including one of the managers!), however, the branch manager is not one of them and Is enough to keep us away from the Beebe Capps location and possibly even regions all together. We've never had issues with Regions like we have experienced today.

  Terrible customer service. Employee turnover is so high it seems no one knows their job. Mistakes are made often, and always difficult to get them fixed. I have no choice but to do business with them, as my employer uses them for IRA accounts.
