      I have been a member of Regions bank for a couple years now and I recently had some issues with my account and was told there wasn't anything that could be done to resolve my situation until I spoke with Kathleen from this branch. She went above and beyond to help me and she was able to resolve my problem when I was told my others that it could not be done. I want to thank her for her hospitality and for being an outstanding person. She has showed me that others still care especially with the way the world is right now.       The people here are awesome! My truck stalled out in their drive thru earlier this week and not only was the teller willing to call AAA on my behalf, but Tim jump started my truck in the 95 degree weather using his own truck. Great people here!
