      I also had a bad experience with Stephanie Ozbirn. She seems like a very miserable, unhappy lady. Stated she had been with Regions for 17 years- I’m not sure how! She is hateful! Regions: hold your employees accountable

      Terrible experience. I wanted to try and get a check approved, but instead of just telling me no, they extended the hold for a month and said I should just go get a personal loan until the funds cleared. Darla Taylor was very unprofessional and rude and Stephanie Ozbirn was extremely rude. I will be closing my account asap.
