  To begin with you can't opt out of overdraft fees they love free money when you have COVID and can't work, then they let them rack up because they won't block anything. Plus I've overdraft 6 dollars before somehow when I had money (55 dollars) and no bills come out so my outcome is poor now they just want money and not to help to community or anyone out.

  Well just moved here, my husband decided to use these jack offs. First week payroll check took 9 days to clear, the next weeks check took 5 days to clear. Like I could understand if it was a personal check but it was a payroll check. Only banks make u wait for your money. Very disappointing

  Never use ATM at sweetwater branch. I was in the middle of depositing $1500 when the ATM suddenly said logged off and shutdown, keeping my card and check. The bank doesn't have any control what-so-ever over the ATM. It is controlled by another company. 😞 That makes a lot of sense. Now Im waiting cause the bank wasn't open yet and i have to wait on someone from the ATM company.
