      This regions never has a working atm and the customer service is rude. I hate that every regions in a black neighborhood is like this it says something about how the company feels about those communities where people bank

      Regions Bank as a whole practices computer driven NSF Fee traps. If you are a small business, be very careful with your debit card usage. NSF fee's are their goal using the "pending transaction" and "available funds con. You will be charge and NSF fee even on a transfer between account if a debit card transaction pops up from a subscription for instance. All legal theft.
