  I recently had a fall and broke my hip and ankle and was on oxygen and needed a new ATM card shortly after these injuries. The employees at our Ellijay branch made this so easy for me. A friend drove me to the branch, went inside to tell them the situation. They came out to the car in the parking lot and verified I was who I said I was, then we drove to the window for paperwork. I got my card and cash I needed. Now, that's what I call customer service. Thank you so much.

  Went to Region's Bank today to cash a check that was written to me from a Region's account. The teller said that because I didn't have an account with them, there would be a charge of 1% or $5 "whichever was greater". Sure enough I got 40 dollars back. I will never darken their doors again. What a rip off!

  Since the company I work for uses Regions as well, I come by more often than just personal use. Everyone is always polite, day in - day out. I find it much more likely that the reviews left about rude customer service is just someone having a bad day and/or mad about policy - something that the employees on branch level cannot help... Banking here for over 8 years. Thanks for everything!
