  I have always got excellent service and customer service with Regent bank before. It was Third National Bank and First American and Am South. Now it's called Region Bank. Staff is always professional and nice and courteous security is always a five plus and up. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰😷💯

  I stopped using my checking account in March and shortly after recieved mail confirmation that my account was closed then in October I received another letter that my account was overdrawn -$3000. I contacted Regions and asked how this could happen my account has been closed for months and I was told that since someone tried to withdraw money from account for an old bill of like $50 that it was reopened and other business as well continued to take money out of my account and I was never alerted that my account was reopened or that money that wasn't there was being taken out. And when I asked how could this be I should be the only one allowed to reopen my own account they said they have there own policies for reopening the account and could take months for it to actually closed which I was also never advised of. Just be aware before coming here. Never trust a bank.
