  One of the most Professional banks, I have ever walked into, they listen to what I want and suggest the right accounts and a good fit for my needs, Francisco was Absolutely the greatest banker I have ever spoken to as well as the rest of the staff

  The ATM at this branch will NEVER let me deposit into my account using my card. And heaven forbid you need to get a new card due to fraud, their machine hasn't worked since I became a customer. Looking for somewhere else to bank.

  I hate this branch! They are never willing to accommodate requests. I have 10 accounts with regions and plan to switch to chase! Went in to get something notarized…takes 30 seconds but was denied because I didn’t have an appointment. Sorry not everything happens that allows to make appointments. This branch never goes out of the way to acknowledge nor thanks me for my business. Super sub par! Go to a different bank or at least a different branch.
