  Eh. A little bummed I waited like 10 minutes and a car pulled up next to me and the banker got them first as soon as they pulled up. Go in order please even though they might be your friend. ( Overheard their personal conversation through the speaker. )

  Well as far as banking with Regions, I guess thats been ok and everyone that I have encountered with there is really nice,"no issues" BUT the"Refer a Friend" program is VERY misleading!! I am NOT happy AT ALL with it!☹️ When I opened my checking account, I told them that my friend referd me so Regions said as long as myself and my friend met all the requirements for at least (60) days we would each collect $50.00 So the 60 days have come and went but NO FIFTY DOLLARS HAS BEEN DEPOSITED in ither one of our accounts! So I called Regions and was connected to the right department, lady told me that Regions has up to 120 days to make the deposit!!!! I am SO SHOCKED that a upstanding Bank such as Regions misleads patentule customers in such a way as this and for me, I'm SO very hurt and extremely dissatisfied that I don't even think I want them for a bank, I want to be able to TRUST the word of MY bank!

  Terrible customer service. Long lines ant lunchtime only 2 tellers working, I go outside and the teller tells me I cannot cash a Regions check from the window because they need my finger print. A Regions check!!! Seriously stupid.
