  Been banking with them since they open the door in my city in 2010, seen some turn overs there but seen a nice team that working together that has caused me to Anker all my banking needs at that spot.REGIONS of Orange City FL

  Staff at this location are nice as any other, but the bank practices itself are terrible. I applied for a first-lien heloc (i.e. currently no mortgage or lien-holders, I own the property outright) with a 830 credit score and they denied me despite being told I was in required parameters before applying. The reason I was told that I was denied is basically "the bank was protecting me from putting myself in financial trouble" ??? Funny, because I never needed a 3.5B federal TARP bailout. I didn't get a high credit score and own two homes outright by putting myself in financial risk. If it wasn't for the hard credit inquiry, I wouldn't be as upset, but after this i'm closing my deposit accounts asap. Why should I give them a free loan using my money when they won't get me a secured one?

  Second time was refused to cash a western union transfer. I remembered only after that I went there 5 years ago and was told the same thing, our western union system is down, go next door??? Why bother wasting peoples' time if you cannot deliver? You need to drop this "service".
