      You will get good service at this location. Ask for Ms Hilliard. She cares for her customers. She assisted my 80 year old mother-in-law that had service issues at other locations. She also recently assisted me with a mortgage concern that I had been unable to resolve elsewhere. I recommend this Regions location.

      Terrible bank and this is their worst branch. Customer service is non- existent. As soon as you get to know an employee, they transfer out...or perhaps leave for a job at a better bank. They brought this guy in named Scott and he's a real condescending putz. What a phony this guy is. I wonder if he ever sold used cars? Anyway, almost any bank will treat you better (not BOA), and most likely you'll pay far less fees.

      Would love to thank Scott at the Edgewater branch I have been having major issues with fraud in my account I was so stressed out he helped me so so much he took care of me in a professional Manor thank you again!!!!
