  I was having issues with the accuracy of my account info. Calling didn't fix it. After my visit to the Lancaster branch, problem solved. Kudos to Maria Ramirez for 5 Star customer service!!!

  The atm alway not working they only have one so you gunna end up having to drive to desoto.

  Horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend at all major inconvenience I was in the process of moving they put my account on hold for about 7 days. So, when I went to the branch to get my money they said they where not able to and I needed to verify my address I sent over a bank statement and me and Robert Taylor had a very bad disagreement he did not care about me or my children’s well-being and that being my last he did nothing to help instead he closed my account and mailed my check which I received a couple of weeks later I would definitely give zero stars!!! Also the representatives over the phone don’t know anything can’t provide you with any information they’ll just tell you to go in a branch! & disconnect the phone in the middle of a conversation..
