I was a little concerned to go to this Regions due to many bad reviews, however, I had the opposite experience: it went very smoothly and the customer service was awesome. I was helped by (I believe his name is) Gabriel and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Very satisfied!

DO NOT bank at regions. Worst bank in the WORLD. Held me financially responsible for a bank error after I was assured by multiple bankers that would not be the case. Every single time there's an issue no matter what it is I'm told that their systems are automatic & they can't help me. THEY submitted the complete wrong paperwork in addition to misinforming me several steps along the way & I'm the one that has to (literally) pay for it. Disgusted by the lack of care this company has for customers. Switching banks ASAP.
