      I have been with Regions Bank for 20 years and have never had a problem with them.

      The branch manager at this location was the only person available during the time I came in. She was not friendly and acknowledged only customers she wanted to acknowledge in the lobby. When she did acknowledge me it was rushed and rude. The tellers were kind and helpful, and were able to assist. If you are looking for an exceptional bank, this isn't one.

      Worst bank if you wish to get in and out. Drive thru is suppose to save time but several times I’ve spent more then 20 minutes with little to no other cars. Unfortunately the business I work for banks here and I have no choice but to come in early on days I know we will need change. I will say on a positive note the people at the window are pleasant.
