Called to get a replacement debit card bc the one we have is old & they filed our card# under lost or stolen & cancelled our card. Instead of sending a replacement with same # & we could activate new card when we got it, so we could still access our money, like they told my husband they were gonna do. Our card that was used to get paychecks direct deposited & was set up to auto pay all our bills. Still trying to work this out but Regions does not care about our wasted time, our aggravation, or our ability to even access our own money. You can't even get a real person on the phone.
