  When depositing a check, certain branch locations will deposit and cash, and give you whatever is needed, but this branch, will not and instead of asking or presenting other options, it is a straight, one way only, which neither helps nor does it make sense, when other locations will do the opposite. Communication is key with availability in our choices and if none is given, when we know, other options are active, it's just easier to go somewhere else, then to be restricted upon. We are not updated upon banking options, we are never contacted or offered other opportunities, just give these places your money and expect no help in return. Thanks for doing your jobs, will search elsewhere, for better, banking viability, where a customer is worth more than money deposited!! Thanks for caring...😂🤦‍♂️
