  Horrible customer service from this bank location, checks can be legitimately verified and still turned down. Unfriendly clerks, unable to keep adequate amount of staffing, Bank manager unprofessional… will be closing account and switching banks after dealing with this Crestview location branch…..

  Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it! I borrowed 50,000 and made my payments faithfully. I still owe 40,000 after 5 years of paying even though I was told it would be paid off in 7 years. I've been applying extra every month. I'm being penalized for paying early and paying extra! I spoke with customer service from the corporate office and told the lady that doesn't make any sense! How in the world can you penalize someone for paying early, much less extra! So all that extra money I have been paying has been going to a penalty that I didn't even know I had. They are crooks just like Chase Manhattan. I sent in the payment each month as soon as I got the bill. They were holding my payments and when I called they said, "we can't help how long it takes the payment to be processed." Crooks people!
