Beth, Bianca and Johnny are simply amazing! Things are changing due to Covid-19 but the entire staff was extremely professional and Beth made sure she supplied us with mask prior to starting the appointment. The staff is very friendly and I could feel the smiles through the masks! We felt right at home and are so happy to patronize our new small business with Regions Bank!

I signed up for a Regions Credit Card offer that came in the mail. I thought I would get the app to make checking balance and paying my bill easy. However it wasn't easy. Multiple transfers on a long wait time phone call. All my other cards have easy to use apps. My fault for trying out a local bank I'd never really heard of prior. Lesson learned.
