      Local small business owner and former banker - Regions has treated me very well for both business and personal banking. If looking for a bank with lots of local and regional branches but don’t want one of the mega banks (I wouldn’t) then I highly recommend Regions.

      I went there a month ago to set up an account. That was fine. I told them where to send my debit card... Its a month later. I still havent recieved it. I even went back in and submitted the info 2 weeks ago.. Im very disappointed the lady in the office assured me i would have it a month ago.. Nope dont have it.. Then the fella there assured me... 2 weeks later equalling a month.. Nothing... I will be closing my account their and most likely bank with there neighbor.. Its embarrassing to have money in the bank and no access to it because the bankers cant properly or accurately send a debit card. After they promise they can... Shame on you regions
