      Called put on hold, waited, hang up, called again, put on hold again. Hang up called back, when woman wanted to put me on hold again, I told her I want to speak to bank manager. It's 9:20 am and was told she was not in until 12:00pm. The only way to talk to these people is the phone, I can't just walk into speak to the manager without an appointment. It should not be this hard to speak to a banker.

      DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BRANCH! Most unfriendly representatives/employees. Each time I spoke with someone they were not polite, acted annoyed and were not helpful. I even had to file a claim to retrieve money from a closed account of mine. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
