  Wow, Dawn Ladner certainly made buying a house so smooth! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible mortgage companies. Dawn was super professional and personal. She never made me feel so comfortable and helped me every step of the way. Dawn explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the prequalification requirements, to working with the realty company, down to the closing of the purchase process. Dawn was always available to answer my questions whether by text, phone, or email at any time of the day. It was like having a friend on the inside that is working for me. She is an excellent loan officer with a very personalized touch. Her stellar reputation spoke for itself as Dawn’s experienced showed in being recognized by all kinds of specialists on the Mississippi Gulf Coast from the inspectors to the homeowner’s insurance agents as top notch! Dawn was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about me, understood my needs from the very first contact. Creating this lasting relationship made it really smooth and comfortable throughout the experience. Dawn worked so diligently and down to the last moment to get us to close and able to move into our new home in less than a month! After speaking with several other mortgage officers and being disappointed, I felt lucky to find Dawn. Regions mortgage is a really good mortgage company that remained very professional, demonstrated experienced and is full of helpful loan officers.
