      This pertains to all regions mortgage lending. Complete nightmare! If you value and desire a home, that you’re trying to buy, the very last thing you want is to use regions. Doesn’t matter if you have been with them for 30 years! They are not capable and will screw your purchase up seriously badly. They’re all very nice people we love all of the people who work for regions ... however this does not qualify them in processing loans. We will be lucky if we get to moved into the home Based on everything that has gone completely 100% sideways from the get-go… More than likely the sellers will rightfully walk with our deposit and we will lose this deal because regions loan processing is not up to par The processes has been a nightmare. I have been in processing, risk management and real estate over 30 years and never witnessed such a debacle. Banking is great here. .... lending sadly, not.
