  Brian and the team helped and introduced me to creative ways to finance my deals...I had to say with my short term closing and covid putting a wrench on everything I was still able to close on time...Brian was very supportive and assisted how he could...thanks again for all your assistance with this process

  I called Rehab Financial Group for a bridge rehab loan for a multifamily property in Chester Pa. After initially speaking with Shamar and providing details he assured me there should be no issue with this deal and they have financed deals in Chester before. I went through the initial application process to provide them all personal information along with all details of the deal. This cost was $250. I agreed to this with the understanding I may or may not be financed , but I would have a clear understanding what the ARV was. Fast forward 2 weeks and after pulling teeth and several follow ups they came back with the ARV is not what I originally thought. I followed up with what number they landed on and that took several days and more follow ups. In the end they gave me "range" Of what they think the value is with no supporting documentation or thoughts on how they landed on the range. I could of went back to renegotiate the deal if need be, but couldn't even get to that point with out solid data to back up the number. I don't recommend wasting your $250 with this company. It was a complete waste of time. As a side note I'm a multi family investor with 6 years of experience.with 4 properties /13 units in total.

  Absolutely amazing to work with! Matt and Brian are amazing and truly care about their clients. Prior to working with Rehab Financial Group, I worked with a different lender on 3 consecutive flips. The previous company was terrible and even changed contract terms 3 weeks prior to closing on my last flip (would have been 4th flip with them) which made it ineligible for their loan. RFG stepped in and were still able to close in time. The entire flip process was so easy with them in regards to draws, closing, and overall experience. We are already working with moving forward with them on our next flip.
