The people at Reiclub.com have revealed themselves to me to be forthright, honest, responsive and- did I mention caring? Especially Erica, REIClub's Customer Service Manager. Erica 'went to bat' for me when I needed help- and fast! She got answers, gave advice which turned out to be reliable and saved my "bacon" (nearly a months' SS check) when a lesser person with a lower-quality organization might have "thrown me to the wolves". I have been following the REIClub site for years. I finally decided to become a paid member of the site. There was a mixup with the bank for the first month because I recently changed my address, the payment didn’t go through. For the second month, the payment posted with any errors. Erica from the REIClub personally reached out to me to welcome me to the REIClub, that was impressive! She followed it up with a welcome email. My service so far has been great and I will highly recommend the REIClub to anyone.

After contacting REI Club about a question i had about a course ,I found the support nothing less than exceptional. Erica was so helpful and went out of her way to find the answers i needed.
