      I have purchased 2 vehicles through this company in the last 4 years. I am beyond satisfied with the results of doing business with them. Yes. We did have a higher interest rate than other companies but they do offer a refinance option to those who make payments on time. I believe that if you stay in contact with them and communicate if you are struggling they will work with you. I give 5 stars to Reliable auto for their customer service as well!! Happy customer from Northern California

      When I first started working with reliable credit they were amazing super friendly customer service and very helpful. I recently financed a car through them and within 90 days the cars motor blew up. Now as a single mom of 2 I cannot afford to pay for a vehicle that is not working. It’s not their fault the car blew and I definitely was not blaming them but I did have to surrender the car. I was informed I might not be able to surrender the vehicle because the vehicle was not running. I’m now in the process of bankruptcy due to other life situations that have effected me financially. I got a call from reliable yesterday asking where the car was I told them where it was and apologized and explained I was frustrated with the dealer as I only had the car for 90 days. The man responded with yeah and I’m frustrated that we gave you the money then hung up before I could say anything. I’m already embarrassed enough to have to go through bankruptcy I didn’t need him to embarrass me more. Rude and uncalled for.
