Smooth process! Julieanna did an exceptional job helping us with our refinance! She was very helpful and made sure she answered all of my questions. I HIGHLY recommend. I started off with a different company (which was a mistake) Julianna always kept in contact with me and was there when I made the decision to go with her company. Not only did she pick up where they left off but she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Lisa (the processor) did an awesome job! Frederick Danner and Roberta Henning helped me from the start, all the way to the end. They were always available, always courteous, and always helpful. When the Title Company dropper the ball on paperwork for our loan, Roberta got it handled! And they never minded me asking lots of questions! The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because Reliance's title company is TERRIBLE. Thankfully, Reliance was able to fill the gap!
