      I’ve never been treated so “politely” yet badly in my life. Literally my first bad experience with anyone in the year I have lived in Tennessee. Accounts have been closed here and I won’t be back.

      I wouldn't recommend opening an account with them. There are hidden fees and charges for no reason. I had opened an account years ago.! But because of spring hill growing I couldn't get back and forth to the bank so I opened another account with first farmers because it is at the end of my street. Reliant bank which has been how many different names since it's been here lol should tell you something already...stole my money with hidden charges. I dont care if I add money or not what is in my account is mine they shouldn't be able to take it for ANYTHING.!! Unless you overcharge your account which I have never done. This is hands down the worst bank ever and the worst people work here. If I could give a negative rating I would. Why go to a bank that will rob you and take your money you're safer with ANY other bank besides this one.!!
