      I switched to Reliant about 2 years ago when they gave me a great auto loan. The people working at this location are always so friendly and very helpful. In the 2 years I've never had any issues or complaints about them.

      I had $250 in a savings account and they charged me $10 a month. All of it was wiped out. I was not aware that a savings account would cost me $10 a month for inactivity. I called customer service and that was their policy. Now my savings is down to $23.89.

      Do not bank with these people. They'll take money out of your account without your permission and do with it as they please. They are worse than loan sharks.
