      I had a great year with this bank, it works if you don’t use your money. However, as soon as you have one problem and try to get it resolved, it’s a chain of unfortunate events and charges against your account. I will be asking around for a different bank. Update; the issue has been resolved, thank you so much for your help in resolving the matter.
