      Ricardo and Pam we’re very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Instead of turning us down, he offered help and solutions that benefited us. They were in contact with us mostly in the beginning, but after we closed they didn’t respond to my emails or call backs like they normally would with questions on why our policy was changing or the price. It would be great and professional to return emails and calls to already existing clients.

      The experience was tough but I can’t be grateful enough to have Ricardo help me. He helped guide me to improve my credit score since the beginning and I was able to close on my home. It took a lot of patience from both of us but he never gave up on me and we managed to pull thru.
